frame for 28 x 1.1/2" wheels

1 pair of Mudguards with 4 stays and bridge, + 2 bolt fittings
Seat bolt with "R" nut
Frame and fork was constructed using steel tubing
Paint is the original Factory BLACK color
Frame is straight and has no dings or dents, never been used
